Shipping

We offer complementary worldwide shipping on orders over $300 USD, else a small flat rate applies. 

For regular, in-stock items, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted. 

If an item gets lost in transit once it has left our studio, we will do everything in our power to help the carrier locate the package and delivered successfully. 

For our international customers, we cannot be responsible for customs charges, however we can assist with estimating what it may be (generally 12-24%). Please email us at info@studiolucinda.com for assistance. Lucinda doesn't issue credits for abandoned items where customs charges have been refused. 

 

Returns

As a small business, we are happy to offer exchanges and store credit.

  • To initiate a return, email info@studiolucinda.com within 14 days of the date your order was registered as delivered by our mail carrier. 
  • Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Items must be unworn with all tags attached and include all original packaging elements. 
  • We reserve the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not meet these policy requirements. 
  • Sale items, intimates and made to order garments are final sale
  • Store credit never expires
